The capacity of the future arena is planned at 11,163 seats, and matches will be played on a grass pitch with standard dimensions of 105 × 68 meters. The project does not only include the construction of the stadium but also additional content that should revive this part of the city. The construction of a new city square with an area of around 6,300 square meters, more than 400 parking spaces, and spaces that can be used for various events, including concerts, is planned. The City of Zagreb has previously emphasized that the construction of the stadium in Kranjčevićevoj is an important step for the future development of football infrastructure in the metropolis. This project is considered a key prerequisite for the launch of the next phase - the construction of a new stadium in Maksimir, which should be realized in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
